Bill Tamayo is a 25+ year U.S. military veteran, lifelong learner, and organizational strategist who helps leaders navigate complexity with clarity, purpose, and systemized insight. A family man at heart and a systems thinker by trade, Bill blends experience, empathy, and execution in everything he builds.

He is the founder of Insight Strategy Lab, a consultancy dedicated to mission-driven organizations seeking transformation through people-first innovation, modular agentic workflows, and performance architecture.

Bill holds a:

• BBA in Human Resource Management (minor in Economics)

• Master of Science in Management

• Master of Arts in Military Studies

• Currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics to deepen the integration of data, AI, and strategy in leadership systems

He is a SHRM-CP and is certified in AI Business Strategy from Johns Hopkins University, Whiting School of Engineering.

His research journey spans: 

• Forecasting Enlisted Attrition in the USMC
• Hardening Warfighting's Critical Vulnerability
• People Operations in the AI Age (in development)
